Services

We will reach out to you within 48 hours of your request to confirm or deny scheduling.

Please note all sales are final.

In the event of bad weather or illness, your event can be rescheduled to another date of your choosing (if the date is available). Credit must be used within one calendar year from initial booking.

Should The Sustainable Soirée need to cancel your event due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued and clients will be offered a half-off credit for their next booking.

Picnic bookings are for 3 hours. Clients may request extended bookings for an additional $70.00 per hour, depending on availability.

The Sustainable Soirée handles the set up and clean up of all provided equipment and decor. We will arrive one hour prior to the start of your event to set up your soirée. We are on site for your arrival, but leave during your event so you have privacy. We will be a short distance away should you need us!

Any picnic reservations for locations 20+ miles outside of Warwick are subject to a $35.00 time/mileage fee.

Pricing

  • 2-4 guests ( $150.00 )

  • 5-6 guests ($200.00)

  • 7-8 guests ($250.00)

Clients can select to include additional service packages for their soirée based on availability.

  • Flower Arrangements ( market pricing; we will work within your desired price range )

  • Natural Table Runners (ferns, eucalyptus, flowers, etc. $50.00)

  • Dressed 6-foot Folding Table for storing food and beverage items ($15.00)

  • Wooden Regulation-Sized Cornhole Set ($25.00)

  • Bocce Ball Set ($15.00)

  • Customized Invitations, Menu and Place-cards ($20.00 flat rate for entire guest list)

  • Additional Hour ($70 per additional hour, depending on availability)
